My story

My name is Maiara, I have a career spanning over 20 years, 13 of which have been dedicated to talent. Since 2016, I have been "kind of obsessed" with the Future of Work. Personally, I love offline life. I am a mother of 2, a wife, and I constantly seek balance between all the demands and roles we have throughout the day. My mission is to empower people and professionals to prepare for all the technological disruption that lies ahead.

I have over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment at companies such as EBANX, SumUp, PicPay. I have developed a deep understanding of the skills and competencies that professionals need to thrive. My trajectory has allowed me to identify the real needs of the market and the effective strategies for developing talent for businesses.
